Five keys to
becoming an effective Master
- Expressive
speaker – He expresses his thoughts, ideas, and feelings
and he feels comfortable in doing so. He tends to be extroverted.
He lets a slave know where he stands, what he believes and how he feels.
- Empathetic
Listening – He is a willing empathetic listeners. He is patient
with and responsive to problems. He has the ability to hear the
feelings and emotions of his slave.
- Persuasive
Leader – He has a persuasive communication style more than a
directive communication style. The ability to express his opinion in a
way that is believable and convincing.
- Sensitive to
feelings – He is sensitive to feelings, self-image and psychological
defenses of the slave.
- Informative
-- Dissemination of information. He makes clear rules, protocols
and regulations that a slave is expected to follow. He keeps his slave
informed as to his needs and her performance.
