Hypnosis and what is hypnotic slave training?

Hypnotic slave training (hypnosis)  is becoming more widely used.  Hypnosis is the original mind/body medicine and there is a natural flow for hypnosis being used in Hypnotic slave training.  Under hypnosis a Master can use post-hypnotic suggestions to simulate bondage, place an imaginary clit in the palm of your slave’s hand to tease her with or use it for many other slave training steps. However post-hypnotic suggestions are not the most effective use of hypnosis in hypnotic slave training. I seldom use post-hypnotic suggestions that involve an action on her part in hypnotic slave training.  I find direct suggestions for change a more effect uses for hypnosis in hypnotic slave training. I deal directly with real issues with hypnosis.  Hypnosis as used in hypnotic  slave training is more of an art than a science.

If used properly  you can step into your slaves body, mind and soul while she is under hypnosis and use it to aid you in her training.  You can calm her, reduce headaches, as well as examine deep emotional issues.  You can reinforce good habits, remove some bad habits and offer encouragement while she is under hypnosis. Hypnotic slave training is a powerful and effective resource if you receive the proper training and acquire the proper skills.

Hypnosis and slave training

Hypnosis can be used in any of the four areas discussed in the B.E.S.T. slave training principles and practices section. That is, a master can often change a slave’s behavior, emotions, self-image and thoughts as part of the process of hypnotic slave training.

You can hypnotize her as part of slave training and have her:

  1.  visualize the proper behavior that you require,  she herself acting “as if” she is a trained slave girl.
  2.  feel the displeasure of improper behavior, Very useful in slave training to reinforce proper behavior
  3. examine root causes of emotional reactions in slave training,
  4. examine core beliefs and ideas about subjects & events that occur during slave training.

In addition, under hypnosis, you can give suggestions that help strengthen the slave’s self-image.  This may require the Master as part of slave training  to go back in time and explore root causes of low self image and delete them from the program in the mind.

Also, under hypnosis, resistance to slave training goals can be examined and motivations to achieve goals can be strengthened.  Often points of resistant to slave training that she is not aware of while in a conscious state of mind can be revealed while she is hypnotized.  This is a great use of hypnosis and easy to do. Hypnosis is nothing to fear by a slave in training.

Hypnosis is only a tool to be used in slave training. It is not a replacement for proper and customary slave training steps.  All the other forms of slave training still apply and  important.

Hypnotic slave training and the mind control fallacy.

There is a very good reason that the stories on websites about hypnotic mind control slave training are listed as fiction. The truth is that you CAN’T control another person’s mind using hypnosis against their will.  All hypnosis is self-hypnosis or at the very best only guided by the hypnotist, not controlled by him.  If hypnosis is all self-hypnosis then there is no strong arm hypnotic mind control slave training. The mind has to many built-in safeguards to allow simple hypnosis to be used to take over the hypnotized person’s mind.

The hypnotized person thinks and feels emotions to clearly to be fooled or misguided while hypnotic slave training is being used.   The hypnotized slave is clearly aware of what is going on. Under hypnosis the slave girl is very keenly aware of what is said to her and what she feels. In slave training you want the girl to feel and understand thoughts and emotions under hypnosis not hide from them.  Force will not overpower the imagination of the mind.

If hypnotic mind control slave training is you idea of how you would like to use hypnosis or how you would like it used on you, it’s just fiction. If it works for you then it’s because you have a real need for it to happen before you were ever hypnotized.  Mind control hypnosis slave training will not work on just anyone.

Yes, hypnosis can be used in slave training  to change attitudes, beliefs and behaviors, but it’s done in cooperation with the hypnotized slave girl.  You don’t use hypnosis to run over her will and logic like a freight train.  That is ineffective slave training techniques.   Hypnosis and humans are more complicated than that.  But you can go deep into a slave girl using hypnosis.

General Information on Hypnosis and hypnotic slave training:

Hypnosis as used in slave training is usually defined in one of the following three ways:

1) hypnosis by-passs of the critical factor of the conscious mind and the establishment of acceptable selective thinking.

2) Hypnosis is a state of mind that allows you to more easily accept suggestions.

3) Hypnosis provides ways to communicate with the subconscious mind.

You have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. Your conscious mind is where you spend most of your time. Its does the following functions:

  1. Analysis — figures a way to solve a problem.
  2. Rational part — your conscious mind gives you a reason for everything you do—right or wrong.
  3. Willpower — The conscious mind’s attempt to create change.
  4. Working Memory — Just enough memory to get you through the average day. If it were compared to a computer, it would be ram memory.

The real part of the mind is the subconscious mind and where hypnosis helps in slave training. The slave’s mind often resists attempts to make a change. The subconscious mind is lazy and does not like to work and make changes. The subconscious is the part of the mind that makes each of us unique.  Hypnosis is a gate to the subconscious and  some very useful slave training techniques.  Since the subconscious mind is the natural home of imagination it is only natural that a huge part of slavery lives there.  Since slavery lives in imagination slave training needs to explore it,  Hypnosis allows a master to explore and makes hypnotic suggestions to a slave’s imagination as part of  slave training.  Much of our natural beauty lies in our imagination. slave training sees to find and explore that beauty.

The subconscious mind includes these functions:

  1.  Permanent memory — The hard drive where all memory is stored from birth.
  2.  Emotions — Are stored here and are sent to the conscious mind when activated by an event.
  3.  Habits — These are centered in the subconscious mind.
  4.  Self-preservation — The mind protects against real or imagined danger.
  5.  Core beliefs — our inner most beliefs about ourselves and the world. The foundation for our cognitive thinking.

Your subconscious is programmed from birth and things are added to your program each day. It works like a computer. In the beginning your mind is like a new computer. You have the basic programs to get up and running. As you grow and experience things in life, programs and data are added to this computer. Both good and bad information is added and permanently stored. Hypnosis helps a master deal with faulty programing in slave training.

Your private logic and lifestyle are governed by the subconscious mind.

A positive suggestion, (example “I will go on a diet and lose weight”) is easy for the subconscious to reject. It causes changes to habits, and emotions. It requires reprogramming of eating habits and actions. It’s much easier for the subconscious just to reject it without taking any action. When the subconscious rejects it the only place it has to go is willpower. Willpower, a conscious function, will not overcome programming in the subconscious mind.  The subconscious mind lives and feeds on imagination.  Imagination will override willpower.   Hypnosis helps changing deeper thinking in the subconscious mind.

3 keys to successful hypnosis in slave training

There are three keys to successful hypnosis including hypnotizing a slave girl:

  1.  trust in the hypnotist.  The slave can never go deep into hypnosis without trust. Without truth hypnosis is useless in slave training
  2.  no fear of being hypnotized.   We hear all kinds of stories that are simply wrong causing a slave to fear being hypnotized in slave training.
  3.  understanding what hypnosis is and is not.   Hypnosis is not mind control slave training.

Many people are afraid of hypnosis for a number of reasons and these fears have to be relieved before hypnosis can be successful.

Some of the common fears related to hypnosis are as follows:

1) Will I lose control of mind under hypnosis? NO, hypnosis does not make you a slave.

2) Will I come out of hypnosis? YES there is no record of anyone failing to wake from being hypnotized.

3) Can you make me do something against my will while hypnotized? NO, Hypnosis does not take over the mind.

4) Can I hear everything while hypnotized? YES.

5) Will I remember anything from the time I was hypnotized? That depends on how deep you go into hypnosis. You may or may not remember — both are considered natural.

6) Is hypnosis safe? It is safe as long as you have a TRAINED person hypnotizing you.

7) Can I be forced to tell something I don’t want to while hypnotized?  NO,  under hypnosis you are not in a state beyond your will to override suggestions.

Theory of self-hypnosis

Most modern theories of hypnosis state that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The hypnotized subject can’t be forced to do anything while hypnotized that they would not do while awake. The hypnotist is a guide that leads the subject though the experience. Yes, hypnosis is consensual.  As in the conscious state a Master is a guide into slavery when he uses hypnotic slave training.

Proper training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy is necessary before undertaking any hypnosis that involves more than parlor room play. Hypnotic slave training is no different in that the Master should be trained in using hypnosis properly.  There is a skill set that needs to be learned and practiced before using hypnotic slave training.

NOTE:

Hypnosis offers no magical way of converting a submissive into a slave. It will not replace other behavioral and cognitive training steps. It provides a third tier of training by granting access to the subconscious mind. It’s a powerful tool, if properly used by a TRAINED Master.  Hypnosis is a tool to aid a Master to understand his slave.

A Master’s use of hypnosis in slave training

The Master can use hypnosis in slave training to:

  1.  help him to change his slave’s habits,
  2.  examine his slave’s emotions,
  3. examine past trauma, emotional past experiences and offer relief,
  4. examine and replace a slave’s faulty thinking,
  5. improve his slave’s behavior,
  6. reduce stress and other sensation problems and
  7. build self-image.

The following is borrowed and modified from “The Handbook of Brief psychotherapy and Hypnoanalysis” written by John A. Scott, Ph.D.  which by the way is a fantastic book to read.  Much of the material in the book can be adapted to hypnotic slave training.

Hypnoanalysis involves:

1) Recognize the problem. Often accomplished by regression or other means.

2) Remove faulty belief.

3) Replace faulty belief.

4) Rehabilitation: The experiences that cause the reactions are identified and adjustments are determined.

5) Rehearsal of new behavior or new emotional reaction to events.

6) Reinforcement of new belief or behavior.

Being properly trained and qualified to do any of the above hypnotic steps takes more than just reading a book on hypnosis.

A submissive/slave should never accept a hypnotic suggestions to feel less pain before BDSM play. The suggestions should be REJECTED by you. Their are many good reasons to accept suggestions for reducing the feeling of pain, but BDSM play is NOT one. It would be the same as taking pain medication before BDSM play.

In addition, no one should allow an untrained person to hypnotize them and explore emotional past events. It is unsafe, without proper training.

Additional articles on B.E.S.T. slave training and Hypnosis

Hypnosis & B.E.S.T.

Hypnosis and B.E.S.T.

Introduction: B.E.S.T. slave training views the process of slave training as the reeducation and re-socialization of the slave.

Re-socialization is defined as creating a social unit of two, (the Master and his slave). The slave has to be taught (reeducated) how she is expected to serve, obey, and please her Master. The Master establishes goals for the slave to meet during training. Motivation is the key element that is necessary in order for her to successfully complete these goals. Motivation is considered a product of thoughts and emotions (attitude). During training, the slave’s behavior, emotions, self-image and thoughts (B.E.S.T.) are evaluated and, if necessary, changed to reflect her slavery. It is a molding process.

Hypnosis, by no means, should be considered the primary training tool used in this molding process. It is only one tool that a Master can employ during training. In fact, I consider it secondary to customary training methods. Listed below are examples of how hypnosis can be used in slave training. It is NOT a complete list. Goals and Motivation: It is necessary that the slave accept the goals of her Master and they become important to her. If they are accepted and important she will be motivated to accomplish the goals.

Hypnosis can be used to:

1) Help the slave visualize the completion of the goal.

2) Examine any emotional resistance to accepting a goal.

3) Reinforce motivation with direct or indirect suggestions.

Behavior: Controlling a slave’s behavior is defined as controlling her space, time, physical actions, privacy, and relationships with others.

Hypnosis can be used to:

1) visualize each of the above listed areas then analyze how she is owned or not owned by her Master.

2) Reinforce goals set for each area with direct suggestions.

3) Allow the slave to imagine the displeasure her Master will have if she does not put all her efforts into changing her behavior and imagine how pleased he will be with her if she does change her behavior.

4) Examine old habits.

Emotions: If the Master is sufficiently trainied in the use of hypnosis, this is probably the most useful area that hypnosis can be used for in slave training. Hypnosis can be used to:

1) Examine root causes of emotional reactions to training.

2) Examine past trauma, through the use of techniques like regression or parts therapy and offer relief.

3) Give direct suggestions to change attitudes. Self-Image:

Self-image is defined as the way in which we view ourselves. No Master/slave relationship can exist (long-term) without the slave having a positive self-image of her slavery. Self-image is a product of our emotions and thoughts. In order to improve self-image it is often necessary to examine core beliefs and the associated emotions that relate to self-image.

Hypnosis can be used to:

1) Offer encouragement with direct suggestions.

2) Picture positive image of self.

3) Dispel negative images.

4) Examine unrealistic self-expectations that weaken self-image.

Thoughts:  Thoughts often spring from learned attitudes that are deep within our subconscious mind. What we think about an event causes how we feel about it. Changing core beliefs also changes emotions. Faulty thinking can be divided into two areas. They are how the slave perceives a stimuli and how she values it. Either one or both may be wrong and cause the wrong emotion to be applied to the stimuli.

Hypnosis can be used to examine core beliefs and ideas about subjects and events that occur during training, dispute the faulty thinking, then offer different ways of perceiving and valuing it. Phobias, fears, stress and depression: In addition to the above discussed ways hypnosis can be used in slave training, it can be used in the more classical ways to improve the quality of your slave’s life. This would include examining the causes of phobias, fears, stress, headaches and depression. Then the Master develops methods of reducing them by using standard hypnosis techniques. Often “regression to cause” is necessary.

Myths about Hypnosis

Myths and Fears About Hypnosis

1. Myth of the weak mind: It’s believed by many that only weak minded or gullible people can be hypnotized. Actually, quite the opposite is true. People that have an above average intelligence or an active vivid imagination make the best subjects.

2. Myth that you can reveal some secrets that you don’t want anyone to know: You will NOT reveal any information you don’t want to. You are aware of what is going on around you and what is being said to you. Your awareness is actually greater in hypnosis than when you are awake; it is your body that is relaxed, not the mind. Because of this awareness you are in control of what you reveal to the hypnotist.

3. Fear of looking foolish or being made to act foolish: This myth comes from hypnotism stage shows. The people who volunteer are generally uninhibited, fun loving people, ready to put on a show. The hypnotist knows who to look for to enhance his performance.

4. Fear of loss of control: You don’t lose control in hypnosis. A hypnotized subject is always in full control and aware of what is going on around them. If the person hears a suggestion from the hypnotist that they don’t like, they reject it.

5. Fear of not reaching the right state of hypnosis: Most people expect to reach a state of unconsciousness or sleep, which is NOT true. They expect something mysterious to happen instead of natural feelings. In most cases, you should feel completely relaxed and aware of what is going on.

6. The fear of not waking up:  There is NO known case of a person that never wakes up from hypnosis. In fact, you are not asleep or unconscious, therefore their is no danger of not waking up.

Levels of Hypnosis

Three levels of Hypnosis

Hypnosis level (depth) can be determined by a multitude of different methods. Some of the methods have over 20 defined levels. Unless you are using it for medical research purposes, you need be only concerned with three levels.

Level one (light): This is a great level for relaxation. Breathing becomes slower. You may feel heaviness or lightness in the body and you feel less inclined to move, speak or think.

Level Two (middle): This level is defined by the acceptance of a suggestion of illusion. You can see something that is not real or fail to see something that is real. Other indications are a complete muscular inhibition upon suggestion and partial amnesia.

Level three (Deep): This level is referred to as somnambulism. Indications that the subject has reached somnambulism are the ability to open eyes without affecting trance, REM (rapid eye movement), a profound sensation of lightness or floating, complete amnesia may occur.

Rules of the Mind and Suggenstions

Rules of the Mind and Laws of Suggestions

General Rules of the Mind: Below are listed general rules that apply the subconscious mind.

1: Every thought, idea, or core belief causes emotional and physical reaction. How we perceive and value things causes feelings and reactions. A headache can be caused by stress. Stress can be caused by how we perceive and value an event or action. It’s the old idea that “first we think, then we feel, then we act”. When an event happens, it’s what we think about it, consciously or subconsciously that governs our feelings and physical reaction.

2: When dealing with the subconscious mind, imagination is more powerful than knowledge. This is a general statement, which is often useful. However, it is not an 100 percent rule. Often the logical dispute of a faulty belief is more useful. However, it can be useful in composing suggestions.

3: Once a belief has been accepted by the subconscious mind, it remains until it is replaced by different one.

4: The longer a belief remains in the subconscious mind, the harder it is to replace it with a new belief. This is why logical dispute is also helpful in changing an idea or belief. Also affecting this rule is how well it is supported by other ideas and beliefs. Some beliefs require that you also believe in something else for it to remain powerful.

5: Emotions can cause symptoms (headaches, fears, upset stomach) and can lead to an organic change over an extended period. Willpower and Imagination:

6: Imagination can be directed.

7: If willpower and imagination are in in agreement, one does not just add to the other but is multiplied by the other. This is the most powerful force for change.

8: If willpower is in conflict with imagination:

a) imagination is stronger.

b) if willpower grows stronger, imagination grows stronger as well.

General Laws of Suggestion: (introduced by Charles Baudoin in 1921) I will call them laws because that is what they are commonly called, however the first three have many exceptions to the rules.

They are more like general go-bys.

1: The law of concentrated attention: When a person’s attention is concentrated on an idea, that idea tends to be expressed physically or mentally.

2: The law of reverse effect: When a person thinks he cannot do something and then tries, the harder he tries, the less able he is to do it.

3: The law of auxiliary emotions: Attaching a strong emotion to a suggestion will make the suggestion more effective and will dominate other suggestions in the mind. Three additional Laws of suggestions, proposed by Andre’ M Weitzenhoffer.

4: The law of temporal precedence: All things being equal, the suggestion given first will have precedence over the other suggestions.

5: The law of impressionable precedence: All things being equal, the suggestion being impressed the most has precedence.

6: The law of depth precedence: All things being equal, the suggestion given in the greatest depth of hypnosis (hypnotic suggestibility) will have precedence over the others. Other General laws of Suggestions:

7: The law of acceptance: Each suggestion that is accepted and completed tends to reduce opposition to any successive suggestions.

8: The law of expectancy:

1) If the subjects expects that in hypnosis, he will accept suggestions and change attitudes, it tends to happen more easily.

2) Also, if one expects to be hypnotized and allows themselves to be hypnotized they will be hypnotized.

Hypnosis & sub-space

Hypnosis, Sub-Space, and the Submissive Soul

by Clanbear’s becca

In this article I will not be going over the technical ways in which to use hypnosis on a submissive or even how to drop a submissive into subspace. Cuffsmaster has already covered these things quite capably. What I will be talking about are the effects these things have upon the submissive mind from the perspective of I.E. and spirituality. As a Certified Tarot Consultant, an Eclectic Pagan, and a submissive female in an I.E. relationship, separating the effects on the mind from the mental/psychological and the spiritual are quite frankly impossible. I know for some this may negate my understanding. But, I thank Cuffsmaster for requesting that I write this article.

First, imagine if you will, that you are in a relaxed frame of mind. Floating within your self and without at the same time. A voice outside of yourself is speaking to you and you know it is that of the Dominant with whom you are scening, but the mind begins to wonder if it truly is or if it is the voice in your own head saying let go and give control over to me. You begin to sense an energy surge as this voice grows louder that makes your entire body tingle with the words of the voice. That tingle begins to vibrate within you moving slowly through your body. You open your eyes and in a hazy state you see what appears to be a faint light connecting you to the person who owns the voice. As he speaks you feel and see the light rotating between the two of you. Realizing it is your energy stream joining with his you begin to change your breathing patterns in hopes of retaining your control on your own energy. But, the power of the voice is to strong. It pulls you back under blending the two energy streams together and pushing them through your body from feet to head and back into the head of the Dominant and through his feet. This rotation connects you in such a way that he doesn’t have to touch you for your body to feel his touch. He doesn’t have to do anything but speak. The more intertwined the two energy streams become the less you can tell who is controlling who. Without that ability to decipher the truth your mind stops resisting the pull toward control of self and moves more toward the need to have such a deep and abiding connection with another. You find yourself doing as the voice says not questioning why until the order is something that pushes the edge of what you might let yourself do if you were in control. You attempt to wake yourself up enough to say no. But, you can’t find your voice it no longer is your own to speak with. Your body continues what it was told and you find that you don’t mind so much. The fear of the unknown has been absorbed by the cycling energy and all is well within yourself. You find safety that in this type of connection. The only way the Dominant could cause you true harm would be to harm himself. Knowing that human nature wont allow for such a situation you relax back into your service following orders and moving about in a somewhat clouded state of bliss.

Eventually the actions of the Dominant in correspondence with the actions of your own body lead to a crescendo that opens the mind and allows one to feel as though perhaps they are flying, or the viewing of a place one has never been or the understanding of something the submissive has been trying to understand for some time. With the new visions and answers at hand the scene begins to wind down and she finds the voice speaking to her in a fashion that starts peeling away the layers of that foggy bliss until she finds herself fully in control once more, feeling completely connected to the one who owns her as well as having in her grasp the knowledge that she found.

This is a demonstration of the effects of what in essence could be called hypnosis within a scene. And though Hypnotic techniques are used it would not qualify as hypnosis. The circulation of energy that is seen in this scenario is not a part of hypnosis. Hypnosis separates the Dominate and submissive putting them in their separate places as two beings one controlling the other. The above was the accessing of sub-space through hypnotic techniques. So what separates sub –space from the hypnotic state; the exchange of energy between the submissive and the Dominant. And though the same effect of visions and control can happen in a hypnotic state the connection of two minds and two souls becoming one intertwined entity in two bodies cannot. For that, one needs to reach into sub-space through an exchange of personal energy.

This exchange can be accomplished without the vocal methods of Hypnosis. Those methods are most commonly the inducing of pain upon the submissive and extended periods of bondage. I cannot speak upon these methods with any great authority. My Master has found that extended periods of bondage are not congruent with my physical health as I have arthritis. Though I do enjoy the infliction of pain it tends to make me more connected to my body than less connected. The few times have been able to change the state of my mind through pain it wasn’t to reach sub-space but a complete shut down of my acknowledgment of what was going on. Basically I hid within my own mind from the pain. In essence that is the exact opposite of the effect a Dominant wishes to have upon his submissive. So all scening for us consists of at least a few moments in time being used to help me reach the upper levels of sub-space through verbal stimulation.

By doing so physical bondage is no longer necessary If I’m told that I am bound to the bed then I believe I am bound to the bed. Wording here is important though. Just telling me not to move wouldn’t work. I would have to move just because I was told not to. I know, not very submissive, but the urge for me to move becomes undeniable much like telling a child they cannot use the vacuum. The more they are told no, the more they want to do just that. So for me the words “your arms are now tied above your head or to the headboard” are very important. From there pain can be inflicted or I can be left on my own for short periods of time to ponder my fate. It is important to note that mental bondage needs a steady stream of attention in order not to come out of that state of mind that allows one to believe one is bound.

Proceeding with the flogging in this state one can allow one’s self to continue the slip into the sub-space instead of running from the pain that is being inflicted. But, ultimately the best method for encouraging the connection between the Master and his slave in order to create the one mind, one soul in two bodies would be the first method. It isn’t necessary to do it every day. An act as simple as a kiss can help to balance the streams and keep them connected even after a long day of working or dealing with children. But, it is important that the Dominant be able to recognize signs of individualizing the energy so that when stresses of everyday life do begin to wear away at the connection it can be regained quickly without any true separation.

This would require some serious energy work and for anyone interested in this type of connection I would recommend they read Donald Michael, Kraig’s Modern Magick and Modern Sex Magick. In doing so, you will learn techniques for circling energy. But, similar techniques can be found within the Eastern Tantric traditions and in the group energy works of the Wiccan faith. With a little study and a practice the Dominant and submissive reaching for the I. E. relationship can develop the skills that allow for a closeness of being that some submissive’s need.

For me keeping our life positions separate just makes for a ravine to cross when the time comes to participate with each other. The closer I feel to the Dominant the easier it is to let go. The old issue of equality among the sexes should not be an issue. One cannot truly compare apples and oranges. Based upon the same idea one cannot compare Dominants and submissives. If the ultimate goal is the giving over of control of one person to another then that control of energy needs to happen without the disturbing the integrity of the talents and ego of the submissive. The best way in which to do this that I have found is to allow the submissive to live within the dominant in a spiritual sense. The way to accomplish this is through the energy exchange that takes two energies and makes them one. No one energy less than the other just the direction of that energy controlled by one so the fight and struggle of which path is correct isn’t complicated by two voices.

I wish you luck upon your journey through this form of development and may the Goddess hold her lantern highlighting the path you follow clearly so that you may see where your choices take you.

There is nothing to fear from hypnosis.  Hypnosis can be used for healing the mind and body.  In BDSM you can find many fun uses for hypnosis with the use of  hypnotic suggestions.  In slave training you can use hypnosis to open your slave’s subconscious mind to your will.  I view hypnosis as by-passing the critical thinking of the conscious mind and connecting my energy with your subconscious mind.   Hypnosis can be a way of deep unity between Master and slave. Never fear hypnosis.  Hypnosis is your friend.

The Book “Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy — Basic of Advance Techniques for the Professional”  is a great way to learn the basics then apply it yourself to hypnotic slave training.

If you are really serious and want to learn more than the basics the best on line is  “Omni Hypnosis Training Center”  then apply it to Bdsm slave training
