B.E.S.T. retrains the right  to dis­able and/or ter­mi­nate the account of any users who is believed to have infringed on copy­rights or other intel­lec­tual prop­erty rights of  B.E.S.T. or oth­ers.   I make that deter­mi­na­tion and deci­sions will be final after one appeal.

B.E.S.T.  imple­ments the fol­low­ing “noti­fi­ca­tion and take­down” pro­ce­dure upon receipt of any noti­fi­ca­tion of claimed copy­right infringe­ment. B.E.S.T.  reserves the right at any time to dis­able access to, or remove any mate­r­ial or activ­ity acces­si­ble on or from any SITE or any Mate­ri­als claimed to be infring­ing or based on facts or cir­cum­stances from which infring­ing activ­ity is appar­ent.  It is the  pol­icy of B.E.S.T.  to ter­mi­nate the account of repeat copy­right infringers, when we think appro­pri­ate.   B.E.S.T.  will act expe­di­tiously to remove access to all mate­r­ial that infringes on another’s copy­right, accord­ing to the pro­ce­dure set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the Dig­i­tal Mil­len­nium Copy­right Act (“DMCA”).    So don’t do it guys.

Upload­ing Images to B.E.S.T. 

You should own or have writ­ten per­mis­sion to use an image before upload­ing it to my site.  If the image is of another per­son you may be required to show proof that you have a proper model release form com­pleted and that you have proper proof of age for the model.   No images of bes­tial­ity, under­age chil­dren or abuse shall be dis­played and vio­la­tors will be removed and banned from B.E.S.T.    You are held respon­si­ble for any images uploaded under your user name.   Myself or those cho­sen to mod­er­ate the site make the final deci­sion as to remov­ing the image and ban­ning the user.

NOTE  this  for per­sons who have become aware of pho­tos of them­selves posted to this web­site by another per­son with­out their con­sent. The instruc­tions below will enable you to pro­vide ver­i­fi­ca­tion of your iden­tity and con­se­quently have those pho­tos removed.

What do I need to ver­ify and why?

You need to ver­ify that you are the per­son who holds own­er­ship to the photo(s) in ques­tion. This is nec­es­sary so that we can deter­mine which party gen­uinely holds such own­er­ship and which party is falsely claim­ing it.

How can I ver­ify my identity?

We are able to accept ver­i­fi­ca­tion of iden­tity by any of the fol­low­ing means:

1) You can use the form below to upload a pic­ture of your­self hold­ing up a piece of paper with the words “STOLEN PHOTOS” writ­ten on it. We must be able to clearly see your face for the pur­pose of com­par­i­son. This is the sim­plest and eas­i­est way to ver­ify your identity.

2) You can use the form below to upload an image of your gov­ern­ment issued photo-identification card. This can be your dri­vers license, pass­port, or other government-issued iden­ti­fi­ca­tion card which has your pic­ture on it. You may black-out sen­si­tive infor­ma­tion, such as your iden­ti­fi­ca­tion num­ber, if desired.

3) We also com­ply fully with the DMCA noti­fi­ca­tion and take­down pro­vi­sions. If you would like to notify us of infring­ing con­tent by uti­liz­ing these provisions.

The clue is you show me it belongs to you and I will take the ass­hole down.
