The MASTER’S Roles IN TRAINING

Before any discussion of training for a slave can start, it is necessary to discuss the Master’s roles and duties.  A Master must have a clear understanding of the goals he wants and some idea of how to achieve them. He must be willing to accept the responsibility of owing a slave.  This is not a game, or role play; it requires daily responsibilities.  If he is unable or unwilling to accept her as his slave on a 24/7 basis then he has no reason to start training.  He will do more harm than good. 

He needs to know what rules & protocols he expects his slave to follow and be willing to take the time to teach then to  her.  There is also a very strong emotional connection that a slave has for her Master.   If you are not willing to accept it, don’t play with it.   If a Maser is not in control of himself then he can't control a slave.   His weaknesses will display themselves in the long run.

Acceptance of her as the person she is at the time she becomes your slave is necessary.  That does not mean you will not mold her to serve, obey and please you, but it does mean that you accept her as your property.   You accept the responsibility of training her.

 

In the BDSM lifestyle, the Master’s role in training a slave or submissive is to provide  support, direction, encouragement, insight, change, challenge and establishing or reinforcing values.  Throughout all of the areas shown below, a Master uses many techniques to stimulate cognitive, emotive, and behavioral change.   Behavior, emotions, self-image and thoughts are always considered.

Gathering of relevant information about:

Clarification

Clarifying vague and faulty thinking about what is expected.  Knowledge of what is really expected is necessary. 

 
Evaluating and explaining the consequences of ideas and actions.


Correcting any mistaken ideas that she has about herself or you.

Helping generate obedience and service.


Stimulating movement in the direction of submission.


Clarifying new feelings that are generated during training about effort and results.

Interpretation – Identification

Interpreting inferiority feelings & goals of superiority.


Identifying what is being avoided during training.

 

Knowing

The slave becomes fully aware of the new lifestyle without help.


The slave knows and accepts what needs to be changed.


In spite of insight, she may feel emotionally blocked or offer resistance to change.

 

Consequences of misbehavior.

Emotional Acceptance of slavery

When needed, promoting an emotional breakthrough.


Directing corrective developmental experiences.

 
Using discipline training and narration.

 

Focusing on positive self-image.

 

Setting the path of her development and the course to follow.

Converting insight into a new attitude.


Fostering experiments, concrete steps to establish slavery.
